Congratulations – you bagged the jackpot of your dreams and your casino balance has gone through the roof! Now, how do you make your withdrawal so that you get to take a swim in those mega bucks you just won? It all starts from the banking menu…
Step-by-step: how to initiate a withdrawal
When you’re logged in to the casino, head to Bank on the quick navigation bar. Select the Withdrawal-tab: this is where the magic happens.
There is one basic rule for initiating a withdrawal: you need to have at least 50 €/$ in your cash balance, and no leftover wagering requirements.
When you have checked that you meet the requirements, you can select the withdrawal amount and a payment method that’s best suited for you (see below for more info on these). Confirm the details, and send the withdrawal pending – general checks are conducted during the pending period by the banking team, after which the payment would be ready for processing; just keep an eye on your e-mail in case verification documents are required.
Payment methods and average timeframes
Best withdrawal methods vary by country, but generally it’s a good idea to register an e-wallet. Some of them (Neteller and Skrill rank best at this) allow you to get a debit card linked to your e-wallet that you can withdraw funds with – from a regular ATM! Plus web wallets are really good for casino deposits too…
|E-wallets: ClickandBuy, NETELLER, Ecocard, Skrill, EziPay,||1-3 working days|
|VISA credit and debit cards||3-7 working days|
|EntroPay||3-7 working days|
|Instadebit (Canada only)||8-day pre-authorisation + 1-3 working days|
|SWIFT-bank transfer (fee applicable)||5-7 working days|
|Courier cheque (fee applicable)||3 -7 working days|
|Regular postal cheque (non-transferable)||1-3 weeks|
If you get an error saying you can’t initiate a withdrawal, most often the reason is one of these two:
• The amount you’ve tried to withdraw is too small (less than 50 credits in most currencies)
• You have not yet met the wagering requirements on the bonus
You also can’t withdraw your bonus balance from the casino (those credits are just for having fun).
These two problems are fairly straightforward when it comes to fixing them: you’d need to make sure that a) your cash balance is at least 50 credits and b) you have no bonus in your balance i.e. you’ve met the wagering requirement.
Limitations to withdrawal amounts
If you initiate a withdrawal that is at least five times larger than the sum total of all your deposits that you’ve ever made at Fortune Lounge casinos, the withdrawal amount will be capped at 5,000 credits per week. Unless it’s a progressive win – then you’ll get your entire mega-jackpot to your bank balance in one go, whenever you should want it.
Fair play with casino bonuses
The casino supports fair play, and also expects that our players play it fair while enjoying the entertainment provided by the casino.
- If you happen to get a big win from a freeroll tournament, no-deposit bonuses or free spins and you have never made a deposit at the casino before bagging the win, the withdrawal amount will be capped at 100 credits
- Beyond this, no withdrawals can be made from accounts where no deposits have been made
- Play for fun, not for profit: if the casino deems that the player has used bonuses or various methods of irregular gameplay to profit from the casino instead of extending their playtime, measures will be taken which may result in forfeiture of player’s cash winnings
Frequently asked questions from the support centre
What if I don’t want bonuses with wagering requirements?
If you don’t want a bonus, be it then now or ever, the first thing to do is to contact the casino support – live chat is the quickest way to get hold of your friendly player support representative. You can ask them to make a note on your account for complete bonus exclusion or just to remove one bonus at a time.
Do contact support before you start playing if you already have a bonus in your balance – the support agents can take it off your balance, and at the same time clear the wagering requirement on your account. If any wagering takes place, the bonus may not be removed from the account until the wagering requirement linked to the bonus has been met.
What’s irregular play
In a nutshell, irregular play is the opposite of fair play; the primary intention of it is deemed to be making a profit from the casino instead of simply having fun and enjoying the entertainment provided.
Lots of different methods and strategies have been picked up over time, and as they’re ever-changing, it’s not really possible to provide a comprehensive list. The player security department of the casino acts as a whistle-blower on strategies it considers irregular (= not just-for-fun) and they have offered some examples in the terms and conditions.
Rule of thumb for keeping it clean at the casino? Aim to have fun while you play, rather than trying to make your gaming session some sort of Hollywood-esque thing about outsmarting the house – you’ll enjoy the games much more that way.
I want to reverse my withdrawal to play some more – can I still do it?
You can reverse withdrawals while they’re still pending, i.e. they have not been processed yet. You can do that from the banking menu – just select the Reverse Withdrawal-tab, then the amount you’d like to reverse and confirm the request.
Why wasn’t the method I selected used for my withdrawal?
In most cases, the casino will pay you using your preferred method (which you would have indicated when initiating the withdrawal), but this isn’t always practical or possible.
- In some cases the payment method you used to deposit would have a service-level agreement with the casino that requires us to pay back your withdrawal via the same method that you used for depositing.
- We can’t process withdrawal payments back to some methods that you may have deposited with – these include instant bank transfer services and prepaid vouchers (Ukash, PaySafeCard)
- If there are any country-specific limitations to the requested payment method, our support agents will often contact you to advise on the suitable alternatives and have the payment method updated
What’s with the pending period over the weekends?
The banking team goes through all withdrawal requests that have been checked and pending 24 hours before sending them to the various processors for payment. To cut the long story about operations and financial institutions short, sadly no cash-ins currently are being processed on Saturday or Sunday.
The last run of the week is processed on Friday and the next run gets processed on Monday morning, so any withdrawals initiated after Thursday afternoon would be pending slightly longer and get processed on Monday.
Enjoy your games at Euro Palace – the hundreds of games in our selection offer you countless chances for bagging some great wins, be it then a smaller one (nothing wrong with cashing those out) or a mind-boggling mega-jackpot.
